International Campaign Pitch Development

Working closely with OLLY’s VP of Creative, I played a pivotal role in developing a comprehensive pitch for the international market, with a particular focus on China.

Our collaboration involved extensive market research to understand the unique preferences and cultural nuances of Chinese consumers. Together, we crafted a compelling narrative that highlighted OLLY’s commitment to quality, innovation, and wellness. By leveraging my expertise in motion graphics and the VP’s strategic vision, we created visually engaging presentations and marketing materials tailored to resonate with the Chinese audience. This strategic approach not only showcased OLLY’s brand values but also positioned it as a leading wellness brand in the competitive international market.

Objective - Bridge the Creative + International teams & capture unique content

1. Understanding brand essence :

It is important to have a thorough understanding of the essence of the OLLY brand globally to ensure while applying and localizing different assets for regional markets, the brand values, visual identity, tone of voice, and overall brand positioning stay the same and tell the same story across omni channels/markets.

2. Conducting Research :

The next step would involve extensive research on the various regional markets OLLY targets. This comprehensive analysis would encompass gaining insights into the cultural nuances, consumer preferences, prevailing market trends within each specific region, and competitor analysis. Understanding cultural nuances, local customs, and preferences can help shape the creative content appropriately for different markets while amplifying the brand's voice in a uniform manner.

3. Open Communication :

Effective communication and collaboration between domestic and international teams are essential to preserve brand essence while creating tailored content for diverse regional markets. Establishing regular meetings, brainstorming sessions, and feedback loops is vital to ensure alignment and understanding of the brand's roadmap, global and domestic marketing plans, as well as vertical content strategies.
